Emma was born and raised in a sleepy little beach town called Santa Barbara. She grew up riding horses, building sandcastles, and drawing pictures. She often daydreamed of one day running away to the big city to become a fashion designer. 20 years later she found her self in the heart of Manhattan, furiously sewing and painting her way through the Parsons School Of Design Fashion Program. After graduating with honors and receiving a handful of awards, she spent 3 years designing for several world renown designers, traveling the world, and collecting inspiration.

Not long after she met her soon to be husband, Chris, she found herself daydreaming again. But this time it was to run away from the big city for a quieter life of illustrating, gardening, and playing with her French Bulldog, Colby.

Emma is now living happily in Austin, Texas where she works as a freelance Illustrator/Designer. She runs a daily style blog with a loyal following and has a little online shop where she sells her handmade goods.
